Chord Epic speaker cable uses an Oxygen-free multi-stranded silver-plated cable coated in Teflon.
Teflon has excellent insulation properties making it ideal for coating cables.
The conductors are then encased in a PTFE jacket. Finally, a lapped shield is used to add further insulation to the internal conductors.
The cable comes supplied unterminated. There are a choice of termination options :
Chord Banana plugs (also suitable for BFA connection) or Chord Ohmic plugs* - These are both available to purchase separately
*Chord Ohmic plugs - Please note these plugs require a mechanical crip. Our staff are Chord trained and will happily terminate your cable for you.
