AT-VM9E Series Compatibility with AT-XP Series DJ Cartridges
The electromagnetic engine-body of the XP-Series is fully compatible with all replacement styli of the VM95 Series, delivering higher output voltage for improved compatibility with phono inputs of Professional DJ Mixers. Although the VM95 Series electromagnetic engine-body is also compatible with the three replacement styli of the DJ cartridge AT-XP Series, the XP-Series provides better compatibility due to its higher output voltage. It's important to note that the typical tracking force when using XP Series styli is three grams, as opposed to two grams for VM95 Series styli. The suspension design and compliance of XP-Series styli have been optimised for intensive DJing, including possible manual cueing and back-cueing, while the VM95 Series suspension design and compliances are tailored for optimum audiophile reproduction.
Elliptical Bonded Stylus
The elliptical diamond stylus of the AT-XP5 cartridge follows groove modulation with greater precision compared to a conical stylus. This offers improved frequency and phase responses while reducing distortion, resulting in enhanced audio quality.
Pre-Mounted on the AT-HS6BK Headshell
The AT-XP5 cartridge comes pre-mounted on the 9g aluminium die-cast body headshell for added convenience and ease of setup.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete (including all accessories). Refunds for returned items that are not received in this condition, may be reduced.
