The MP1100 offers three inputs to allow even the most avid turntable enthusiast to find enough connections.
Three sets of RCA and one set of XLR allows up to three turntables or arms to be connected at the same time.

Using a dual balanced design featuring four 12AX7A (two per channel) making it McIntosh's only fully balanced phono stage.

One of the key features of the MP1100 is customisation offering 7 settings for resistance and 8 settings for capacitance the MP1100 has the ability to be perfectly matched to the
incoming signal from the cartridge. This matching is key to maximise the performance of your system.
It also features fully 5 user-adjustable profiles which can be assigned to any of the phono inputs.
The MP1100 features equalisation curves for RIAA, LP, NAB, AES and 78.

A wonderful feature that is also on the MP1100 is the ruble filter, this does as its name suggests is removes any ruble that may be in the recording to further improve your listening enjoyment.

None of us wants to have any worn or damaged records but these are part and parcel of owning a record collection, well the MP1100 has a Scratch Filter which helps to restore some of this sound.
User-adjustable from -40db to 64db.

AS found on it's smaller sibling the MP100 the MP1100 has an Analogue to Digital converter, this can be used to digitise your record collection so you are able to allow you to access it through more digital outputs. With USB connection to allow archiving onto a computer system and both Optical and Coaxial if you have an existing digital recording device.
