Poly redefines the music streaming experience by enabling music streamed from a variety of wirelessly connected devices to be enjoyed in the highest possible sound quality, whether you're at home or out and about. It also serves as a music player with its unlimited-capacity Micro SD card slot, allowing for the storage of extensive music libraries and freeing up space on smart devices. With full smartphone control using everyday apps, effortless music playback is achieved, whether streaming or playing music from the Micro SD card.
By directly connecting to Mojo 2/Mojo's award-winning audio processing (DAC) technology, Poly significantly enhances the audio quality of streamed music. Its innovative design transforms everyday devices, such as Android and Apple smartphones/tablets, into portable 'hi-fi-quality' digital audio players, with the smartphone acting as the controller while Poly and Mojo 2/Mojo handle the high-level audio processing.
Poly is versatile and can be used with computers, laptops, and networked audio stored on NAS drives via popular DLNA apps. Playback is delivered through Mojo 2/Mojo's twin headphone outputs, and home and in-car audio systems with auxiliary (AUX) inputs can also benefit from improved sound quality.
Featuring Wi-Fi connectivity, including mobile hotspots, Poly seamlessly transitions between indoor and outdoor environments. It also supports Bluetooth® wireless technology, AirPlay, and DLNA connectivity for uninterrupted music streaming. Additionally, Poly offers its own hotspot mode, enabling connectivity in situations where tethering is not feasible. Its rechargeable LiPo batteries provide up to nine hours of playback from a four-hour charge using the device's fast-charging USB circuit, with simultaneous charging of both Poly and Mojo 2/Mojo.
Poly is compatible with high-resolution audio, supporting the latest studio-quality files, including PCM data up to 768kHz resolution and DSD64 to DSD256 (Quad-DSD). Supported file types include ACC, WAV, FLAC, AIFF, OGG VORBIS, ALAC, WMA, and MP3.
